PISTOL SKILL BUILDER SEMINAR IS FOR THOSE WHO HAVE THEIR PISTOL PERMIT IN CT AND THEIR OWN FIREARM BUT WANT TO FEEL MORE COMFORTABLE SHOOTING IT.

Getting training professionally by our firearms instructors would certainly come with advantages in obtaining new techniques and best practices of firearm handling at a fast rate. It increases your shooting accuracy while also increasing your shooting speed.

Our pistol skill builder seminar is ideal for individuals looking to learn how to shoot their own firearm not only faster but more comfortably and more accurately.
- A valid CT Pistol Permit or other proof of training of a basic firearm safety course.
At the completion of each 4-hour seminar, the shooter will be better prepared to take the next level skill builder seminar. The objective is to train the shooter to perform faster and more accurately with their firearm.
Depending on which level you choose, depends on how much the seminar costs.
Please note that moving up in levels increases in difficulty.
If you are not sure which level to begin at, it is suggested to start at level one if the last training course you took was the Basic Firearm Safety (Pistol Permit) Course.

- Non-Dominant hand only firearm manipulation

Pistols:
- Standard semi-automatic pistols.
- 200 Rounds of ammunition.
- Calibers accepted: .380, .40, .45ACP, .357 SIG, 9mm and 10mm.
- Only “factory” brass ammunition will be accepted.
- No re-loads or hand-loaded ammunition are allowed.
- Minimum of two (2) magazines for the pistol
- Magazine pouch
- Holster for the pistol.
- For safety, no cheap nylon or leather, no inside-the-pants holsters.
- Eye and hearing protection
Revolvers:
- “Double-action” or “Double-action Only” revolvers only.
- NO SINGLE ACTION REVOLVERS
- 200 Rounds of ammunition Calibers accepted:
- .38, .357, 9mm and .45ACP.
- Only “factory” brass ammunition will be accepted.
- No re-loads or hand-loaded ammunition are allowed.
- Minimum of two (2) speed-loaders for the revolver.
- Speed-loader pouch
- Holster for the revolver
- For safety, no cheap nylon or leather, inside-the-pants holsters
- Eye and hearing protection.
PLEASE NOTE: All handguns will be inspected by Goldeneye’s firearms training personnel to ensure they meet manufacturers’ specifications. Mechanical and/ or safety defects will result in the firearm being rejected. If you have any question’s about your equipment, get in touch with us.
Appropriate clothing should be worn to include the following:
- A baseball cap
- Crew neck shirt
- Long pants
- Sturdy footwear, suitable for rapid turning.
- Shorts, bare feet, sandals, and dress shoes are not allowed.
